Here’s what to expect:

  • OSBN Approved Training: In-person instruction and hands-on clinicals provided by EMT Associates.
  • Earn While You Learn: Receive stipend payments throughout your training.
  • Professional Development: Our team is by your side every step of the way. Career coaches will help you build your resume, sharpen your interview skills, and connect with union-represented facilities like PACS and Avamere.
  • Job Search Support : While we can’t guarantee job placement, our partner facilities and career coaches will help you find job opportunities to turn your new NA license into a career.

Once you receive your NA license and are working at a participating facility, you have access to quality healthcare through the Essential Worker Healthcare Trust
