Long-Term CareWorks is offering a no-cost, sponsored nursing assistant (NA) training program through Rogue Community College in Jackson County, Oregon. This accelerated program provides expert instruction, mentorship, and meaningful financial support on your path to employment in long-term care.

This is a no-cost sponsored training program—which means you’ll receive personalized support during training, and flexible professional development as you take the next steps in your care career.
Here’s what to expect:
- OSBN Approved Training: In-person instruction and hands-on clinicals provided by Rogue Community College.
- Earn While You Learn: Receive stipend payments throughout your training.
- Professional Development: Our team is by your side every step of the way. Career coaches will help you build your resume, sharpen your interview skills, and connect with union-represented facilities like PACS and Avamere.
- Job Search Support : While we can’t guarantee job placement, our partner facilities and career coaches will help you find job opportunities to turn your new NA license into a career.
Once you receive your NA license and are working at a participating facility, you have access to quality healthcare through the Essential Worker Healthcare Trust
Minimum Requirements to participate in Rogue Community College NA training program
We are offering participants a pathway to a no-cost healthcare education to earn their nursing assistant (NA) certification. Applicants must meet these minimum requirements to be eligible to participate in the program.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid government-issued ID
- Ability to attend in-person classes without missing any portion of the instruction
- Must be able to pass a Urinalysis (UA) drug screen
- Live within 50 miles of the instruction location (7800 Pacific Avenue, White City, OR 97503-1060)
Schedule and class times
Students are responsible for attending in-person classes, labs, and clinicals from Wednesday, February 18 through Thursday, March 27.
If you have any prior commitments during that time frame that you’re not able to miss, we ask that you keep this program in mind to join at a later date.
